When you want to reward your teams or individuals for a job well job, there is nothing like a permanent fixture for teams to see for years to come. This was a detailed install using printed and mounted sintra, chrome mirror, gold vinyl and dinoc (an adhesive that looks like wood). This took our 5-guy install team 12 hours to complete.

In order to achieve the 3D look for our client Rogers Communications, we used a grid that outlined various measurements, depth and material to get all the angles just right. Then, in order to give it a complete 3D look, we mixed colours to achieve exact colour matching of materials for the sides of each diamond. Detailed work!

Besides the elegant look, what makes this project unique and everlasting? Each gold square features an employee or a team. Eventually this wall will be filled with shout outs to awesome Rogers people and departments for job well done. Camad updates the wall quarterly, and Rogers holds a reveal ceremony for the new additions.

I want to thank the full install team for your collaboration on this project. Cyndi and I both witnessed how efficient the install team was during 333 Bloor and OMP installs. They each had an assigned unit to install and did so efficiently over the course of two days at our Head Office. We could not have done it without working so closely together on it.
